Bought a few games, but not showing up in Origin for download

I bought 7 games yesterday during the sims 3 weekend sale, and 4 of the games were able to be downloaded. However, monte vista, barnacle bay and hidden springs did not show up in my account. I am a bit confused since in my order history, the status for the 3 games states that it has been fulfilled, but still does not show up in my account. I have tried reloading my games several times, but still not showing up.

for worlds you are sent codes to redeem in your the sims 3 account you download them from your purchase history on the sims 3  if you redeem those codes in your origin you may have invalidated the codes for that you need to contact CS

 

Follow these steps to redeem your code

 

  1. Go to thesims3.com and log in with your account
  2. Go to your account page: https://store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html (site will ask for your password again)
  3. Click on Redeem a Code
  4. Enter the 16-letter code, accept the Policies and click on Redeem
  5. Go to your purchase history to download the world (make sure your game is updated to the newest version)

OR

 

  1. Go to thesims3.com and log in with your account
  2. Go to the general redeem a code page: http://www.thesims3.com/incentive/generalredeem.html
  3. Enter the 16-letter code (this is not for 20-letter codes) and click on Submit
  4. Go to your purchase history to download the world (make sure your game is updated to the newest version

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
