Basically I purchased the Sims 3 and Sims 3 pets a while back, and registered it to a certain email address, long story short, that email address got hacked and the password was changed and despite my efforts to get access to this email address again, apparently I can not. I currently have a new email address where I use the same games, along with Sims 3 Supernatural and Sims 3 Late night, and was just wondering is there anyway that I can transfer my old email address sim points, over to my new one with the help of EA? I still have all of the registration codes if needed. Thanks!

It sounds like you need to contact EA. Only they can handle account issues like lost registration codes, recovering passwords, changing email addresses, purchasing/refunds, etc. Here is a link to contact them: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

Thanks for the help! Currently trying to live chat, but it says something about an error and tells me to refresh the page to try again, only the problem is still there! I'll try again later, and worst case scenario, phone up! Thank you!
