"Chat with us" option not appearing

I'm trying to troubleshoot an issue surrounding Spore, but I literally cannot due to the fact that
A. support apparently cannot chat with me more than twice (the only option is emailing and it doesn't tell me how long THAT'LL take, so no)
B. even in the UK region option and other topics, this doesn't work.

All current threads have given me essentially NO useful advice; what do I do?
