I registered my game Spore in Origin, but the game is invisible in "my Games"

I had regitered the game Spore some months ago in Origin and he was invísible - yes, i should contacted before, sorry - but I did not care he had been invisible, because when I entered the game connected with my account right from Origin, but now i would like the game appeared in "my games".

And yes, my games is original, i had buy the game spore in box at a store.
