When I try to enter the wordjong game, or any game for that matter, I get a message that IE has stopped working and is looking for a solution, which it never finds. I've un-installed and re-installed Java several times and cleared the browser history cache, to no avail.

I recall that at one time when re-installing Java that I got a message that read "wrapper.createfile failed with error 5. Access denied"

I would definatly try another browser, i.e. Firefox or Chrome to see if it is just an IE problem for you...

Also, remember to clear your flash & java  cache in addition to the browser cache/  Clear your browser cache again and close your browser after clearing the cache While it is closed, clear the flash cache. Restart your browser after that.
