I paid for the Lottso Ball skill Badge  I think I may have mistakenly bought it twice  When I look in my album #19 the colored picture is there, but it also says that it is active.  OK Ive been playing it again, but do not get the credits for any of the 700 balls  I know I played yesterday, but today it is starting me again at 0.  Could you please take the active sign off the album and give me the credit for it.  Thanks in advance for your help   Sadie99gp_

If you have another Lottso Mix-n-Match badge, try activating that 1 instead.

You're only allowed 1 M-n-M per game so that might give you the pop-up

for de-activation.  If you're not able to change your Skill Badge from still

showing as active, please contact the Help Centre for a Game Advisor. 

You can buy a specific badge one time only although you can play it twice or more.

You may need to clear your caches & history or refresh your page.
