Before I renew my Club Pogo membership I would like to know if I can get my scores rebooted to 1500.I would like to chane my screen name as well.

Spades is a rated game.  The games that have ratings will not allow you 

to reset your stats.  Sorry.

To get that 1500 ratings back, you need to win some rated games on this

account or make a new account and start from scratch. 

Please note that a new account will not allow you to transfer any badges

mini items you have, gems, or tokens.  You would be starting off a a brand

new player.

What scores are you wondering about exactly (for what games)? Some games do allow you to reset your stats, but some do not.

As for changing your screen name, I am afraid it is not possible to change Pogo screen names.
