i played 3 games of no limit texas hold'em in one day and was disappointed with the results of winning the game. i received the rating increase, but i did not receive the 20,000 tokens. i play in high rollers.
i would really appreciate it if you could add them to my account to make up for the error. it would be 60,000 for the 3 wins. it had no troubles deducting my token balance in order to sit and play the game, but it never added them for the wins. rating increase, yes, tokens, no.
i appreciate your help concerning this matter and look forward to being reimbursed.
