This site has really gone down. I have been trying to reach customer service for months and each time I get the same message that they are experiencing difficulties. I have tried to get them to give me a call but it keeps going back to same page. I took my credit card off and I'm sure they will contact me when it comes time for them to milk my money from me!

Follow these steps to contact a game advisor:
1. Click the link http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/?product=pogo&platform=pogo and sign in with your Pogo name and password.
2. Where it says: ’Select a topic’ choose ‘Billing/Purchasing’ from the drop-down list
3. Click underneath the heading: ‘Tell us a little more about your issue’ and enter ‘Pogo’
4. Click the orange ‘Next’ button
5. Depending on your geographical location and the time of day, you'll see the available contact options - Live Chat, Call Back or Email.
