How do I get my bingos I have lost playing poppit bingo when screen goes black in the middle of the game. That doesn't count the money and exp points

Sorry to hear that you have been having trouble with Poppit! Bingo.

Sadly, there is no way to recover any winnings lost if you disconnect from the game, but there may be some steps you can try to stop this from happening. Firstly, could you please check if you see this issue in all browser (IE11/Firefox/Chrome)? Are you leaving the game when your screen goes black?

if so, stay and you will get credit for those.  Make a note 

of what you have when you start a game, I am able to 

follow all 3, but just follow one if that is all you can handle.

for example, you start a game, I have 2500 XP points (just to use 

round numbers)  when next game starts what do you have more 

or same?  if you stay till end of game even though you can't see 

it, you can tell by sound when it all ends, you should get your credits.

I was getting tickets with a black screen, before I ever started to play

this game, my 1st day of playing I had a some tickets just for stopping

by a game I could not see.
