compatability scan says i do not have java, i do

please help me out. Compatability scan says I do not have java but I do. I can play some games but many I can't like, euchre, cribbage, turbo 21. Thanks

We will be happy to assist you but in order to do so we need a bit more information so we know what we're dealing with,
