y'all charged my credit card $19.99 for gems but I haven't gotten them, I still have only 5 gems, either refund to my card or give me the 350 gems

First of all, please check your "Gem Transaction History" to view all your gems transactions (log in to My Account and it's on the right-hand side, in the blue rectangle), this will show you exactly what purchases we have on record for you. Also check if your card has been charged.

If there are any descrepancies, please contact our support team directly.
