Unable to play story quest for the marathon badge

I have tried to activate the game but unable to do so. Please help if you can. Bryan_51

That badge now shows that you have completed it along with another one 

or two from the game of Story Quest.

I checked your badges, and it shows you have won this badge, yet you

have not.  The icon for the badge is still grey.  

My manager will need to confirm this, but I think you will need to have

customer service help you with this problem.  I am not sure what topic

and sub-issue to use for the problem you have.

Hi @Bryan_51_23,

From what I can see you completed the Spike's Marathon 8 Badge for StoryQuest earlier today. It could it there was an issue with this syncing on the servers resulting in display error.

Does the badge show as completed now for you as well?
