If I had a dollar for each time I have received this screen when trying to enter the EA Answers HQ lately, I'd be wealthy beyond my wildest dreams. Clearing the cache of my browser doesn't help. It happens with MS Edge quite often. I'll try using Google Chrome when trying to enter the EA Answers HQ forum.

Open the Settings App
Go to Apps
Find Edge in the list of installed apps
Click Edge, then click Advanced options
Choose Repair and let that process complete
Check to see if Edge is working properly
If not, then from Advanced Options, choose Reset to Reset the Edge browser
(Please Note, resetting Edge will remove your user data, including your bookmarks)
