I attempted today to renew my POGO subscription and it treated my request as wanting a "new" subscription. I don't want to buy a completely brand new subscription. I only wanted to renew and receive the "goodies" as copied from your email to me regarding my renewal. This is what I was supposed to receive by doing the renewal:
100 Pogo Gems and 1 month free*
Anyone's assistance would be very much appreciated.

Are you sure you were correctly signed into your existing Club Pogo account when you tried to renew your subscription?
If you already had an up-to-date credit card on file then the subscription would be taken automatically.
Just to clarify - the 100 free gems and the free month's subscription are available only if you auto-renewed your subscription bin this way.
Have you actually created a second account, albeit inadvertantly?
If so, you would need to contact our support team directly for help with this, since for security and confidentiality reasons we cannot discuss any account details on a public forum.

Sign in with your Pogo username and Password (Click on Login in the top right hand corner), you’ll then be prompted for ‘Product’ (enter Pogo) and then for ‘Category’ (select ‘Billing/Purchasing’), finally below a list of articles, you can select ‘Step 2: Choose a Contact Method’.
There is no phone number for support, but you will be able to send an email. Please include as much detail as possible, so they are able to answer you straightaway.
