I should have two guest passes. One from pogo and one from a member who sent me a guest pass. Got no email even in spam about them. Have no way in account to use them. Help what should I do?

Nothing we can do about you not getting the email...The AHQ here is a gamer to gamer self help forum...
Perhaps you could ask them to resend the pass and make sure they use the correct email in case there might have been a typo or something...
