Poppit bingo freeze

Poppit bingo was working fine then today, twice, I paid tickets to play and when the countdown reached "1" the game froze and nothing got it going again. meanwhile I'm out quite a few tickets. I feel ripped off!!

popit bingo is freezeing up qfter playing  around of bingo.then it freezes up and I have been refreshing everytime I get to  this stage. trying to get Sundays challenge.   HELP.

I have been having the same problem for 2 weeks.  Have reported 3 times but problem has not been resolved.  Contacted customer service and they tried to help but could not.  Advised waiting until Pogo corrects issue

The new HD games will not play using IE browsers. I downloaded Firefox and all works fine. I pinned the default Apps part of the settings menu to my task bar ,all I have to do is pull up settings from my taskbar and can quickly change browsers very easy Hope this helps.
