Poppit Bingo freezes after one or two games and gives no winnings

I know it is not my computer has I do have windows 10 and chrome and edge but Poppit Bingo will allow me to play one or two games and then it freezes up.  This is the fourth day in row i have tried playing and I am only getting credit on my first one or two games.  Why is this happening and please please fix this

Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

 

  • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
  • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
  • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
  • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
  • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari) 
  • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games   

If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know: 

  • Screenname:
  • Device Make/Model:
  • Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used:
  • Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)
