Why doesn't pay pal take off the 15% percent to join , when my credit card that POGO can't take does ? I'm going to lose out on joining with my code ? Thanks for any help

I found out the answer , so I thought I'd share ~ If you use Pay Pal or any other means of paying to join POGO , besides a credit card , you do NOT receive discounts or codes on your payment order , which I think is very unfair ! :womanfrustrated:
