My husband and I recently split up and he had set up all my passwords etc for POGO...I cannot get into my account to renew membership, buy gems or ANYTHING....I need to speak with someone who can help me with this asap...very frustrating not to be able to have current info as far as bank cards etc to enjoy POGO more...please let me know how to pproceed asap. select issue - Manage account details / Restore account
a blue button option will appear below... click on the plus sign at the right, you can either chat or get a callback

If you follow the steps @diazjrf777 had posted, it will give you the option to choose between chat and phone support. Can you give it a try and let us know how it goes for you?

Just to confirm, are you logged into the same Pogo screenname you were using prior? Sometimes it's easy to accidentally log into another account because they used the same or similar emails in the past.

If you are, in this case, I would recommend reaching out to EA Help using the information @diazjrf777 posted earlier in the thread. That will get you one-on-one with an EA Help game advisor and they can help figure out what happened there.
