Mahjong Safari not loading

★★★ Newbie

I cant get the game to load. Not sure what is going on with that. I am 1 round away from finishing this weeks challenge, and would like to get that done before I go back to work. It started doing this yesterday around 1:00 in the afternoon.

Try this and see if it helps:

your problem may be with your router or modem.
try unplugging them for a few minutes and see if
that helps.
if they are old and you been using for several
years, maybe it is time to get new ones.
just a suggestion.

you can also check with your internet service provider,
see if they are having problems.

if that did not help, then use this link:
http://news.pogo.com/pogo-troubleshooter/

this link will show your computer information
copy and paste that information back here

it may also be helpful to add your anti-virus program and internet connection.
What type of computer are you using? desktop or a laptop?
How much RAM does your computer have?

then someone may be able to help you.

Checkout these links for flash player settings:
http://answers.ea.com/t5/Pogo/Troubleshooting-steps-for-Flash-based-Games/m-p/2734618#M54424

Flash uses a lot of resources and there's a lot of animation in the game.
It may help if you increase the storage available to Flash for pogo.com.
Please see this article from the official Adobe website:
http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager03.html
On the second tab slide the scale all the way to the right.
On the second to last tab look for Pogo (any variation) click on it and the slide the scale to the far right.

After all this, please restart your computer and see if the games now load.

Try clearing your browser cache and java cache to see if that helps.
You can find information on how to do this depending on your browser in this link:
http://help.ea.com/en/article/clearing-your-browsers-cache/

Try clearing your flash player cache, see this post on the Adobe flash forum:
