Incorrect amount withdrawn for POGO renewal

I have a POGO account with an annual renewal.  The amout withdrawn from my account was more than the renewal. I have tried the links in EA and it simply will not load.

@adnylAT Hey, are you saying that you tried to get through to support?

This is the right step in a situation like this, support can take a look and advise accordingly. 

Can you try another browser? Sometimes blockers/setting within one browser will have issues with the contact system, trying a "clean" browser should help.
