If EA is no longer going to support Pogo games that are not downloadable...

★★★ Newbie

then why do we have to pay the full amount for a yearly membership?  The company is obviously moving towards the downloadabale games, as evidenced by the enormous number of technical issues and the decreasing number of players that we see on each game every day.  I think long-time members should be given information about the change in direction and should be offered a choice regarding membership, instead of keeping us in the dark but allowing us to suffer from the diminished lack of technical and creative support given to these games.

Does anyone have any information about this or any suggestions or comments?

This is in fact a forum for technical and in-game issues not a general discussion forum.

If you have a problem you need help with feel free to post in a separate thread here with the following information and together with our community of players we'll do our best to help:

Which games are you having the problem with?

   -  try loading these Java based games: - Crossword Cove, Bingo Luau, Jungle Gin

   -  try loading these Flash games:  - Clue, Poppit!, Word Whomp

What exactly is happening when you try to play the games?

What is the error message you get, if any (more details of the exact text please)?

Do any other games run normally?

Could you also click on the following link and then ‘copy and paste’ the displayed results into a reply here?

This will give me a general overview on your computer set-up and hopefully give me some pointers to help.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
