How to change the bubble beside the mini [ Edited ]

On your homepage in quick links under

Your mini, click on:  View My Profile

Then click whatever is written in that bubble,

It changes to a box to type in, type your

New bubble chat, then click on the bubble

but outside that box.  You have changed it.
