I have sent my mom two Guest passes from my Pogo account. She is new to the sight and she wanted to try it out to see if she liked the sight enough to purchase the yearly premium. Do you still have the guest pass accessibility available? If yes please help me fix this issue, Thanks your loyal pogo member!!!

Yes, the guest pass system is still working.
Your mother should have received an email to the email address registered on her account. That will include a redeem button - if she clicks on that her account will automatically get the pass applied.
