Getting tired of games freezing, closing or not able to get at all

getting tired of being kicked off Jungle Gin,  Poppit and a few others,   and also can not even get some of the games to start at all...Addictive Solitiare and others... If this doesn't improve < I amnot going to renew my membership, too many choices out there for free.... I did all the tests and they all say everything is ok on my computer, so must be at your end...
