Compatibility Scan Problems

What is wrong here? Operating System I am running is the latest Windows ten. I have inserted a print screen picture.

Nothing is wrong.  The scan is not made to understand a Windows 10 

computer.  so the only reply it can give is not supported.  It is a problem

with this scan.  What you need to worry about is the bottom half of the

scan, system information, that is all the helpers look at.  The top portion

is not even used by those of us that read the scans.

Nope, that is not the reason.  Try this, Use a different browser than the 

one you usually play with.  I believe you need 3rd party cookies open to

purchase gems.  and you can also try to purchase them thru your account

page and see if you do better.  Some players have better luck that way.

 

Click on my account at the top of the page, than click on billing and

subscriptions,  click on Add gems.
