Why did my rank reset and why am I not getting the coins I should be getting at refill for the rank I really am? Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes someone else made a similar report.  I have no idea what happened.

I have now been cheated out of 8000 coins due to EA resetting my rank

I understand that you can not help, but I believe everyone needs to know that their rank can be reset at anytime.
