Ever time I start up my sims 3 on Android I got a error

I've also had this error on my Samsung Galaxy Note 5. Why can't someone fix this. I really enjoy the game, if it can't be fixed I would likey money back.

I haven't even able to get it to work in the first place. I decided to late to get a refund. Now I'm not sure what to do. I'm trying to run this on my Motorola Droid Turbo 2.
