friends cant see my achievements

I'm having a problem with my origin account.

My friends cannot see my achievements and therefore cant compare their achievements with mine.

I already looked up the privacy settings on the Origin-web-page but i doesn't help. If my friends visit my Profile

the message that 'i dont want to share my achievements' is shown...

Hopefully it is not a bug or something like that.
