hi, really annoyed as i've just put £10 into my PSN wallet to spend on packs and i've brought them and it says 'successful' but then goes to the loading screen just before you see your cards and stays on the loading screen and effectively crashes but takes my money? ive reset the game and checked the 'my packs' section but it says i have none! i've tried 4 times and only the 1st time worked and i got my cards.. the other 3 it crashed on me! i was buying the gold premium pack so have lost £4.50 through it!
i really would appreciate any help or anyone thats had the same kind of thing happen to them for any insight into it?

i couldnt straight after then disconnected then reconnected internet and i can now but now another problem!! i seem to have lost one of my goalies?! hes not in my roster or collection! so annoyed

alright mate, ive just spoke to an online advisor and they said sometimes its delayed so check back again in the 'my packs' section and they might be there then if not i have to speak to them again, you should do the same,. you have to wait a while to get through its took me 45 mins for the online chat but they should be able to sort you out

she said for me to get back to her in 24 hours time if they're still not there.. bit annoying though really! i want some sort of freebie for all this trouble... cough cough crosby or datsyuk! haha
