I'm having the same issue and I have called customer care and nothing happens they say they are escalating the issue and I would hear back mind you i wait a week and nothing I call back and get shined again... Ea doesn't care this is the second problem I have had with them and no resolution to the first issue so I am not hopeful on this. Has anyone else got their issue resolved?
