It has been more than a month and a half that the online services for St. Lucia's Trials have stopped working EVEN THOUGH THE DLC IS STILL BEING SOLD! What Is the reason behind this? Why have all these customers received no answer from any essential EA staff member to explain what is going on, even though the issue has been mentioned from A LOT of other users?
And as many of them have stated, how can you still sell the DLC, take our money and not even confront us as to what is happening?
This is class-action lawsuit material and I will look into it, as this is absolutely ridiculous and can be considered as fraud and theft! No matter how covered EA is on legal matters, theft is theft!
I will find the contact details needed through other legal channels and I will legaly pursue! Support from other users will be appreciated!
