Okay, I have an odd issue and need help.

I am currently unable to play DA2 at all because when actually in the game only the right mouse button works. I loaded an old game and I can move by right clicking, and move the camera around by holding it, but my left mouse button and every keyboard button does nothing, including the escape key. Oddly enough I /can/ navigate the menus before opening up a new game, but in the game itself nothing works. 

Other information:

-I tried starting a new game, and when I go to choose gender and class I cannot click them, but I can click the 'back' button.

-I'm using a laptop with an external keyboard because my laptop keyboard is missing keys

-My laptop keyboard is broken, badly. The Ctrl button fell off but it acts as if the ctrl button is always being pressed. I had to use a key mapper program to disable the left ctrl.

Any help would be great, because this is very frustrating.

Do you have any other type of digital input, such as a controller, attached?  Take it off.
