Dragon age 2 DLC problems

I have recently bought all of the DLC for Dragon age 2. None have been downloaded. I've attempted to do the whole "profile, your registered game contect, more info, download" approach. But when i click on "more info" it sends me to a blank screen. I dont know what to do. Please, i impore anyone to help me.

We would need more information to help you but if you are having trouble downloading and installing your games this might be due to a third party software interfering with Origin. If that didn't work, try using a differnt browser and/or turning off your pop up blocker.
