cant login To multiplayer

Hello everyone,I Have a problem,I cant Connect to Multiplayers,It says that my account is not eligible to log mileysad:

by me it says : already used this key with another account, please for regarding your account vist support.ea.com, but i cant figure it out

Every time I try and log onto Multiplayer, it says my account is in use and its a login failure. Why? Its getting to the point of aggervating.
