Dead Space 2: not listed in my Origin account library

Did you manage to get dead space 2 back? 

I just opened my library and I got the message "the game was deleted for unknown reasons" and gives me a link that lands nowhere.

Could I ask for assistance with Dead Space 2? Live support said it's out of their hands to update my retail bought Dead Space 2 since it's out of their scope. This was their reply - "see it is possible but there should be some exaptation case and as you have not purchase the game directly from us then it is not possible at this moment hope you will understand our limitation and policies so in future I would recommend you to always purchase game directly from the official developer or companies"

I pre-ordered and purchased the game in 2011
