I cannot find any account ban status on your account, so I don't think that is the case. Could you try one thing for me though; I noticed that your email address isn't verified and I would like to test if this is causing the login issue.
You should be able to verify your email by logging in with your EA account at the following page:

i am the commissioner of the league. I am linked to the email [edit: email address removed] and my Facebook profile for the game

I am also in this situation. I have created a case and I am not getting any support.
It is a server side issue on EA's end
And I keep getting the same default email response to perform the troubleshooting steps (which I have done)
I am fed up, i may request a refund if nobody listens to me by the weekend

Which iOS version are you running? Are you connected with Game Center? Are you able to login with another account?
