Rivals day 5 points problem

At he first 4 days of event when you earn points it is possible to progress on the prize bar and buy players with 500 points at store but today even though i completed all of them nothing has changed on the prize bar

Problem is here unsolved and it is even getting worse. İ can not even claim the players pack when i complete the events. İ m playing on ios with my iphone and hope someone will see this topic and respond me back becasue it is impossible to create a ticket for a bug anymore.
