Hey,
First some background information:
Platform: iOS 10.3 beta
Earlier today I was having issues logging into the game (game repeatedly crashed during loading screen) and decided to reinstall the game. To my horror, all of my saved data has been wiped and I have been unable to retrieve my account data. I have tried logging into my Facebook (I have linked my Facebook at one point in time)/Game Center but it appears as if my account was only linked to a guest account. At this moment, I can still see that my account still exists and progress has not been deleted; my friends in the same league can still look at my account as well as my lineups. I've talked to EA Live Chat, and the support specialist explained to me that he does not have the tools to assist me. Can someone please help recover my account and link it to my phone? I can provide proof of ownership and help pinpoint the specific account upon further request.
