Unable to subscribe [ Edited ]

Hello,

I am receiving the following issue:
There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance.

I have changed my password and nothing I do resolves the issue. I want to subscribe but am unable. I have had this account for years and took a long break.

The linked ea account has been disabled and data wiped , that account used a @GNS-GRALKE.DE  email address ( not the gmail email used on the swtor account )

use this link (insert the @GNS-GRALKE.DE  email address into that link) to reset the password then login on that EA account

Be sure to use incognito mode with chrome or delete the browser cache and cookies to be sure it isnt cached if purchasing on swtor.com

if no access to that email call swtor support when the lines are open https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Getting-Help-and-Board-Guidlines/td-p/48...
