wont load anymore

Sims 4 wont load. I go to Orgin click play, it disapears and pops back up. no sims 4. I try to open the Sims 4 short cut on my desktop and nothing happens. Running windows 10 that i just did a wipe of my harddrive and reinstalled, was playing sims 4 but now i cant. help

uninstalled sims 4 and origin, reinstalled...nothing.
