unable to create case - page just reloads

Hi, tested this with chrome, edge and firefox windows 11

Clicking on email us or chat with us in the help portal (see attached), will just reload the page

Errors in console: refused to get unsafe header "location"

Is this an error on my end or a problem in ea webapp?
