I am a U.S. citizen trying buy funds for my account but cant' because I am Haiti. It just starting doing this. Why all the Trouble?

What funds are you trying to buy? Did not quiet understand your problem.

It is for Command and Conquer Tiberium Alliance. It used to work fine with Paypal. But even when in the states it won't let me purchase more funds for the account. It will go through the purchase order and to the receipt page but there will be no receipt and nothing comes out of my Paypal account.  Is there some one who can help me with this? I thought they would want my business.

2. Make sure you are logged in (top right corner) and select 'Help with Game'
3. Find the affected game (if it's an account issue select Origin)
4. Select 'Next' at the bottom right
5. Select your platform and then 'Next' again
6. Select topic from the drop down and type in a short description of your issue.
