It sounds like there might be some Cloud save issue.
To start with you probably want to back things up. Make a copy of your saves from My Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age Inquisition\Save
Within the game details page for DAI in Origin you should be able to check the Cloud Saves tab and choose the button to restore local saves.
It also might be worth changing your password, as one potential reason for cloud save issues is if someone has unauthorised access to your account.
Alos just an an extra consideration, if you have multiple characters, please check that it's not just a mixup with the save system. The load screen will only show saves for the current character. There's a button to switch between them within the load screen.
