"Content removed for a reason unlisted" Games lost I need help asap

I just got a ea info box upon loggin in to my ea account via desktop ea app saying many of my ea games are removed which I can see from the info box list, it is normal because I no longer I own these games via ea play but why now inform me about this? I also lost my legacy games such as Battlefield 1942 and Battlefield 3 which I do own since decades now. I lost them too. This is quite strange because this is first time I ever get something like this. Upon release of ea app I also lost access back catalogue games. They are no longer in my games library. What is "content removed for a reason unlisted?" I need help asap

PROBLEM SOLVED clearing cache did the trick, but still have that games removed for a reason unlisted pop up on the ea app. They seem  to be games I used to own with ea play like years ago.

Had you fully purchased these missing games, or were you accessing them through your EA Play membership only?
