problem in downloading fifa 15

i have aproplem in download fifa 15 

i downloaded it and when the download reach 88 % it come back to 43% then to 38% so what is the problem??

and if i downloaded it from torrent before can i install it in origin directly and not waiting for downloading it again by origin??

There are a few things you could try:

1. Reinstall the Origin client
2. Do a Clean Boot and restart your router
3. Add firewall/antivirus exceptions for Origin and open the needed ports
4. When starting Origin, please make sure to run it as Administrator

You could also enable the Safe Mode download option (Application Settings - Advanced) to see if that helps.
