my account has been disabled

2/3 week ago my ultimate team was hacked all players sold and coins transferred banned from transfer market account was looked at for suspicious activity recovered the account changed the password stopped playing ultimate team because i figured i would never get my players/coins back so now i just play pro clubs log on tonight and my full account has been disabled no access to any online ea games??? help

@jamiebhoyy1 If the account itself has been changed to disabled, you would need to reach out to live support so that they can take a look at the account and get you sorted. Being disabled can mean a few different things on an account.

You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email. First, clear the browser history and cache from the main browser you use.

• Select the EA App
• Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
• You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
• Select Continue without logging in
• This should give you the chat/email option
