I want to report an bug for the origin site

I wanted to change my account name but received the security code after one hour.

I found this very strange and frustrating

Can I ask which method of verification have you chosen exactly? Was it receiving the code by email or a text message?

If it was email, we were having a few issues with this feature recently, but they should be fixed now
