i have been hacked and i lost my packed tradeable carvalho and all my golds

I went to check up on my account and saw a few players that have been sold and when i went into my club my packed ricardo carvalho and golds were all gone. I wanted to know if there's anything i can do to get them back or some kind off compensation?

If you think that your account's been hacked, then i first recommend following the steps in this article, just to keep your account safe in the future:

If any other accounts share any passwords (or even if they don't), I'd recommend changing those too. Once you've done that, reach out to our live support team via a live chat via the steps here:

If you're not seeing the option, try selecting a different problem category. You should get the option to start a chat if you reach out about a hacked account.
